Who Are We?
The Mid-Atlantic Parts and Service Group is made up of 24 Mercedes-Benz dealerships, spanning from parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Parts and Service Managers represent their dealerships in the group to discuss the challenges, changes, and opportunities we have on a day to day basis in our dealerships. We believe in having a strong relationship with our manufacturer, which is always well supported in our group. We meet on a quarterly basis with representatives from Mercedes-Benz and vendor partners to discuss ways of improving the operational challenges we face every day in our respective departments.
